do you work with men or women who are not in their 30’s?

The short answer is yes…The specifications outlined are to let clients know the type of person I am able to BEST identify with so that their coaching experience is absolutlety amazing, and easy.  I work with other clients who are driven and ready for change. The best way to determine if we are a good fit for each other is through a discovery call, which ALL clients go through. 

Do I have to give up meat or become vegetarian ?

No, you have the ultimate choice, but we want you to get the best value from our program. We focus on what you need to ADD to your diet first and always work with you from where you’re at. We promote plant based nutrition as our gold standard and find that even reducing or eliminating certain foods such as dairy, certain types of meat,processed foods and gluten, even for a short time reduces inflammation, especially in those individuals who are severely sick. Please consult your health professional first.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments via e-transfer and credit card.

HOw are the 1:1 sessions delivered?

They are delivered via telephone or zoom

What if I’m not religious? does the program still apply to me?

Absolutely! Everyone can benefit from the program and you ultimately decide what you choose to apply.  Biblical references are used for stress relief, comfort, and empowerment not for a specific religion. Any reference to faith, spirituality, or meditation refers to a Christ centered origin.
